HOUSE RULES AT THE ENTRANCE Tourist tax and deposit:At check-in, you will need to pay the tourist taxes and a €200 deposit, which will be returned at check-out once we have verified that you have left the house in good condition.
Guest identification: According to current regulations in Spain, all guests must have a valid identity document and must register before check-in using the link we will send you from the check-in application.
Remote entry: If you are unable to check in in person due to unforeseen circumstances, we will send you instructions on how to find the keys in a coded box.
General rules: Smoking is not allowed inside the house.No construction work of any kind is permitted. If existing furniture is moved, it must be returned to its original condition.It is forbidden to hold parties that disturb the neighbors.Barbecue: if used, it must be completely turned off.We care about the environment: Please be mindful of the water you use and turn off the lights when you are not in the room.The latest check-out time is 12:00 PM. If you do not check out by this time, €50 will be deducted from your deposit for each additional hour. However, if you need to extend your check-out time, please check availability.
Pets Pets are welcome upon prior request.Rules: Pets cannot be left alone in the house and under no circumstances should they be allowed on beds or sofas or in the bedrooms.The droppings must be collected. If we find that any piece of the existing furniture has been damaged, the cost will be deducted from the deposit.Smoking is prohibited in the houseSmoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, and you must be aware that sparks could cause a fire.
Before leaving :  Close interior and exterior lights, windows and doors.Empty the refrigerator and leave the waste in the trash you will find.Make sure the barbecue and fireplace are completely extinguished.If you are unable to check out in person, we will inform you how to do so. Please ensure you have gathered all your belongings before leaving the house.
Cleaning The garbage generated during the stay will be deposited in the garbage containers and respect recycling.
Cancellation IF it's made within the 14 days prior to the reservation, the amounts paid will not be refunded.
