REGULATIONS
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, it is important that you respect the following rules:

Pets

Pets are welcome upon prior request. However, please note that pets cannot be left alone inside the house and that the owners must pick up their droppings.

If the pet causes any damage to the furniture, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the security deposit. If the amount exceeds the security deposit, the remaining amount will be required to cover all damages.

No Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Outdoor areas are designated for smokers, so please be aware of the risk of fire.

Cleaning and Trash

Trash generated during your stay must be placed in the appropriate containers located in front of the house (behind the restaurant). General cleaning of the house at the end of your stay, as well as cleaning of bed linens and towels, are included in the price. Even so, please leave the house in good condition. If this is not met and additional cleaning is required, it will be deducted from the security deposit.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in: after 4:00 PM.

Check-out: before 12:00 PM.

If the check-out time is not respected, €50 per hour will be deducted from the security deposit. However, we offer free extensions, provided we notify you in advance and availability exists.

Guest Identification

According to current Spanish regulations, all guests must have valid identification and must register before check-in using the link we will send them in the check-in app.

Security Deposit

A €200 security deposit must be paid upon check-in, which will be returned upon check-out once we have verified that the house has been left in good condition. With these rules, we ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. Thank you very much for your collaboration!

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

To formalize the reservation, a 100% payment of the total amount is required.

Cancellation Policy:

If the cancellation occurs before 8 days prior to arrival, 50% of the reservation amount will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to arrival, no refund will be issued.
